Types
We made 5 types of equipment, 76 models, among them we can define the following pellet combustion type:
Their capacity ranges from 20 kWt to 600 kWt. Of course, we can combine some capacities to increase the output power.

-
1 m³ gas
-
1 liter of diesel
-
4 kg of wood
Our FOREST aren't FUEL
Renewable energy, environmentally-friendly, green energy and accessible to everyone
We, ecoHornet, are experts in biomass pellet combustion.
We focused our activities and efforts on a fuel that is difficult to use, because of the high silicon concentration and to the diversity of specific compounds present in each type of raw material, but available in inexhaustible amounts, quickly renewable and obtainable without causing any imbalance in nature.
After 5 years of studies, research and tests, we have created something that still seems impossible: the technology and burned able to burn, efficiently and without pollution, pellets made of everything that burns, biomass, i.e., byproducts and waste from agriculture, viticulture and responsible lumbering, decayed wood, animal waste, energy crops, biodegradable municipal and industrial waste and sewage sludge.
Conception
The ecoHORNET incinerating burner and technology have been designed for the highly-efficient burning of pellets made of various biodegradable materials and permit the use of a wide range of pellet sizes - 6-12 mm in diameter and 5-35 mm in length - at humidity levels below 10%.
Our technology is considered as being a co incinerator - mean flexibility of multi fuel.
Emission
The pollutant emissions of the ecoHORNET equipment are below the limits stipulated by the Directive of the European Commission, which will become effective as of 2020:
-
CO emissions < 250 mg/Nm3
-
particulate emissions< 7mg/Nm3
-
VOC emissions < 10mg/Nm3
Efficiency
The ecoHORNET equipment is designed to satisfy the highest demands of the third millennium in point of heat generation efficiency, minimum CO and particulate emissions and access to an inexhaustible and ecological fuel without encouraging the cutting of forests.
We burn pellets made of the biodegradable part of everything that the human society produces nowadays.
Ho
Agricultural
byproducts and
waste
Value added for farmers by utilizing plant waste
Animal waste
Clean energy for animal breeders, but also elimination of soil, water and air pollution
Forestry waste
Efficient use, at low processing costs, of the residual wood waste result.
Biodegradable municipal and industrial waste
Generate green energy and elimination of the biodegradable municipal and industrial waste with minimum resulting emissions.
Circular economy
We valorize the waste of other industries to allow another industries to make or use energy.
The pellet heat and power generation industry are limited to the use of wood pellets and the main concern of pellet producers is to have extensive access to forests that they will cut to obtain the raw material required for what they call "green energy."
We look forward to extend the use of residual organic matter as prime matter instead.
