The main issue for such solution is to have the most efficient, durable and simple technology to generate the heat and getting rid of any organic residual matter.

Part of OUR MISSION is the convert organic waste materials (OWM), such as an example ; municipal, industrial sludge, biomass waste into green energy to avoid landfilling.  We mean ZERO BURYING or even the elimination of landfills, thus reducing carbon emissions.

AUTHORITIES, governments, industries, businesses and citizens must deal with the management of organic residual materials ORM.  Until now, the main solution was to bury the ORMs without worrying about impact on groundwater, on the immediate environment such as streams, surrounding vegetation, animals finding food there. The impact on immediate populations is more than obvious: diseases, odors, fires and greenhouse gas emissions. A solution used so far, incineration, is not environmentally friendly and increasingly prohibited. Chimney filters still let particles pass into the atmosphere under the 2 microns that are most damaging to the lungs.

SELECTIVE COLLECTIONS make it possible to recycle a good number of materials, but these materials do not always find buyers and are redirected to landfill with doubled transport and handling costs. We take any ORM that is dedicated to landfill.

BIOMETHANIZATION requires even more difficult and very demanding selective collection for citizens who are mostly unable to keep organic materials (meat, rotten vegetables, etc.) until collection without the risk of odors and contamination in their homes. Biomethanization transforms about 35% of the material into biogas over a period of several decades. The rest, "compost," too often contains industrial chemicals, drugs, soaps, and other harmful household products that make compost unsuitable for soil fertilization.  Only very strict, very expensive collection and at the expense of citizens' well-being could perhaps lead to acceptable compost, but there will still be more than 60% of MROs to be buried.  To eliminate the landfill of these hundreds of millions of tons of MRO, we offer a simple ecological solution, which transforms 100% of organic matter into energy. We name the plant process PYROLYSIS at high temperature. Avoid the opening of new landfills, while eliminating the production of new greenhouse gases by ORMs buried underground.   Our technology gives a second life (diesel | Electricity) and a third life of carbon, when absorbed (sequestration) by plants, soil and water. It is the greener and more efficient process that exists to eliminate the burial of ORM from all sources...
